Gee, I've seen so many and a lot of them are already mentioned.. A couple here that I don't know yet, thanks so far...
I also enjoyed Desert Punk, Rurouni kenshin, Samurai Champloo, Full Metal Panic, Cowboy Bebop, most Gundams, Gantz, Death Note, Elfen Lied... there were lots more but hard to recall :D

I gotta admit, even I don't watch anime terribly much.

Nothing wrong with that, I don't either.

List:

Studio Ghibli Movies (Porco Rosso is my favourite)
Your Name
Blood: The Last Vampire
Vampire Hunter D (1985 film)
Highschool of the Dead
Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai
Ghost in the Shell (1995 film)
Ghost in the Shell 2: Innocence
Shinkansen Henkei Robo Shinkalion (Because https://bit.ly/2lm8YZq)

Phew, I was waiting for someone to mention Samurai Champloo. Sunichiro really is the master of this kind of short form fusion stuff for me. Anyone seen Space Dandy yet?

I have also enjoyed most Studio Ghibli stuff, although I've not seen Tales from Earthsea which I suspect is considered the be their most ill-judged work. I used to think I'd enjoy anything with music by Joe Hisaishi, but I was probably not in the right mood when I saw Ponyo, and didn't click with The Wind Rises at all really. But the Tale of Princess Kaguya was glorious, and When Marnie was There was a straightfoward yet charming return to form. Anyone seen the Studio Ponoc film yet, Mary and the Witch's Flower? That studio's made up of a number of animators and storyboard writers from Ghibli who've left as the work at that studio, as it's being ramped down.

The last I liked: Aggretsuko. really good although the art and animation are simple, it is the story of an office lady who sings death metal at the karaoke to release the steam from her horrible work days.

I also enjoyed Dagashi Kashi, a slightly over the top anime about an old style rural town's sweets shop.

Among the classics, I really love Samurai Champloo, and the Animatrix. And Golden Boy is a guilty pleasure of mine as well :D
One anime that a lot of people like and that I couldn't enjoy even though I tried hard was Excel Saga. The only part I really like about it are the ending credits with the dog's song.

I've watched most of which been mentioned here, obviously some of the classics I enjoy and they should be watched, but there have been some newer ones I've been watching and enjoying like Golden Kamuy. Stein;Gate, now with another season. The 2012 Yamato/Star Blazers reboot stands well on it's own and does justice to the original. A Certain Magical Index / A Certian Scientific Railgun spin off was fairly good even though I didn't expect much out of it when I first got into it.

I don't really have any other friends that are into Anime, so I just blindly get into a series and make my own opinions on them. Have to say I've seen a lot of garbage, however there are some gems in there.

I have been watching anime for around 25 years. And I can recommend like 4 or 5 series.

I've most enjoyed:

Mob Psycho 100
My Hero Academy
Bleach
Black Butler
Death Note
One Punch Man

Oh, and recently Kokkoku

So, I'm only like three episodes behind on JoJo. I keep letting my subscription lapse; I wish Crunchyroll still had a yearly plan.

More importantly, I was gonna ask what people here know about Dr. Stone, coming in July. Sounds pretty hype to me just going by the preview I saw. 3000 years after humanity was turned to stone, one plucky shounen main breaks free and decides to use his scientific mind to take the ruins of civilization from the stone age all the way to the modern age. I dunno, my description may be a little inaccurate. Anyone read the manga?

I got caught up on JoJo and watched all nine episodes of Demon Slayer released so far. Good times.

I'll broaden my Dr. Stone question a bit. Is anyone here hyped for any Summer 2019 anime? C'mon, you can tell me if Hestia is bestia, I won't judge.

I've been watching Demon Slayer too. Pretty good. Have a long way to get through JoJo though; was originally getting quite far in to in, but my other half suddenly became interested and we started from the beginning again.

We added Dr Stone to the watch list. Know nothing about it yet though (I don't like spoilers)

Glad that One Punch Man is running again. It's so funny.
