You said the image became corrupt. That shouldn't happen. I'd suggest reflashing again, you may never know what hiccups might come up. But download the firmware files again just to be sure.
Mame doesn't support sega arcade games at all if I recall correctly. The wiz build uses an older version of mame which definitely doesn't support sega arcade.
Final Burn is a NeoGeo emulator.
Here is the Wiz archive. GINGE is sort of a GP2x emulator. You can play most games through it, including cave story, which actually has been partially ported to the wiz (I don't remember the details, I think it's in the archive too)
The Arcade version ran on the SEGA arcade systems, which the MAME does not support. The 32x support is not yet implemented in picodrive. You're best bet are the turbografx and mastersystem versions.
Oh yay! Finally!
I tried it and I love it! However, it's still very buggy. Please tell, did you port it just for proof of concept or are you going to finish it and polish it? I've been dying to have GP2XMB on the wiz!
X11 is a WINDOWING SYSTEM. It already runs on the wiz as far as I'm aware because it's mandatory for the GUI. X11 by itself as a GUI is ugly and very basic, I don't know why you would want to use something like that on a wiz. You could try QTopia which provides somewhat of a window-like gui.
Why is it modified recently? Did you open it and then saved it in a text editor? If you did - you should redownload the original. Check the CRC of your bios, mine is 81977335.
