You probably didn't run the patch, just the upgrader. I don't know what happens when that sort of thing happens, but I'm pretty sure it's not grand. I'm pretty sure, though, that you can probably just update straight to 2.0. I'm not an expert though, so you may want to wait for someone else to...

I tried looking it up on the 'net, but couldn't find anything. My guess would be that the data would probably be incompatible. You can give it a shot, plugging it in, but who knows what could happen. I would say nothing, but do ya feel lucky, punk? ;-P

Another issue I'm having is that when I have multiple packs, the game freezes when I hit start (on the menu, not the button.) I'm still fiddling around to see if any one pack is the problem, but all of them worked fine under the last version.

Is there just a standard pause function? I like to play when I'm on the go, and sometimes, I just need to look up for a second, to check what station I'm at, etc, and it sucks that I have to either fail the level (insane + not looking for 2 seconds = fail ;-P ) or quit the pack. If there isn't...

I posed this problem to the forums for my distro (ArchLinux,) and they solved it. all I had to do was enable MOD_AUTOLOAD="yes" in /etc/rc.conf (the AL confiure file.) who woulda guessed? oh well, thanks for the help everyone!

Well, I tried something new.... from hwd: and I found i didn't have the ohci_hcd module in my config file. So I added it, and I'm getting an ALL NEW[b] error message. Any ideas on this? Here's fstab's line again. (I know, /dev/sda ended up working. d'oh.)

It would bypass the process. As of right now, getting XP to detect it, even with an SD card inside is....difficult. Honestly, it's much easier just to use a card reader, and fairly cheap, too.
