Hey it has been requested alot of times and people say it wouldn't be "usefull" (but garbage like GPGirl is?). There are many open source calculators available and I will post their sourceforge pages here so if any programmers see enough intrest will pick up the project. These are the only ones that arent too advanced to be ported (some had advanced 3D graphics so aren't possible). I also added a Ti 83 emulator to the list!

EasyCalc for PalmOS: http://sourceforge.net/projects/easycalc/
galculator for Linux: http://sourceforge.net/projects/galculator/
PG Calculator for Linux: http://sourceforge.net/projects/pgcalc/
Wcalc for MacOS: http://sourceforge.net/projects/w-calc/
calcoo for various OSes: http://sourceforge.net/projects/calcoo/
Qalculate! for Linux: http://sourceforge.net/projects/qalculate/
CalcEm: TI-82/83 emulator for Windows: http://sourceforge.net/projects/calcem/

There are also lots of unactiv but these seem to be the better ones.

Thank you!

"Garbage"? Well, maybe. Not to say it doesn't have its uses for some *ahem* of us, though.

I'm sure that using a calculator app as an excuse to sneak my GP32 into Differential Equations class is just as valid, though.

oooh me me me, i want a calculator emu, ooh think of the possibilities ,aaaaaah you could do your homework while on the bus, now wouldnt that be cool boys and girls you could get kicks out of typing 8008135, (boobies) or 7175, (tits) and wett9ing yourself with excitement with your pervy teenage friends ;)

how the hell do you get games on a Calculator ????????????????????????? :D

Ohhh! I've started making a graphing calculator. I've already gotten it to parse equations with + - * / (like 12*12+6/2), and I'm trying to add parenthases (the () thigies) now, since it's kuku about operator order (12*12+6/2 = 147, not 60, since 6/2 is evaluated first). Only problem is going to be the UI. I sux0rz at that
