Well, you gotta make sure you don't infect the guy who is killing you.
Yeah, but how do you get your first vaccine then? Because you can also infect the guy/gal who is injecting you.
Yeah, but how do you get your second vaccine then? Because you can also infect the guy/gal who is injecting you.
Yeah, but how do you get your booster vaccine then? Because you can also infect the guy/gal who is injecting you.

Yeah, but how do you get your third omicron-adjusted booster vaccine then? Because you can also infect the guy/gal who is injecting you.
And how do you take an uber to get to the location? etc etc

i got my booster today...

Does your face look like this? If not, then it wasn't a turbo boost.

What's better than Omicron? Stealth Omicron.

I'm not sure if that is getting mixed up with the reported fact that the 2-day PCR tests they were doing originally to track covid didn't pick up omicron. As far as we know so far doing a full genomic PCR test is still good and lateral flow test kits are just as good at detecting alpha, beta, delta and omicron.

Stealth Omicron is now known as BA.2. While original Omicron diverts our attention, BA.2 will use its stealth powers to knock us all off.

Stricter measures being reintroduced in England in response to the Omicron variant...only ~a month after France had already done so.

"You must wear a face covering in shops and on public transport. Face coverings should be worn in communal areas of universities, colleges and schools by staff, visitors and pupils or students in year 7 and above.
If you’re a contact of someone who may have been infected with the Omicron variant, you must self-isolate for 10 days, regardless of your age, vaccination status or any negative test results."

you must self-isolate for 10 days
how about going to the supermarket first to buy a lot so you can stay 10 days at home?
What if you just know a few days after the fact?
Also the other house members or do they stay at a hotel for 10 days before returning home?

The original B.A. (Baracas) wasn't known for his stealth abilities to be fair.
read in mr.T.'s voice:
Full military combat camouflage gear, you fool!
You see, mr T CAN be stealthy, but that's not my style, fool!
Hannibal, tell him!

I think you mean the HoL. They've been discussing it there today, but not at all in the commons as far as I can tell. That's not normally news considered worth distracting from; the House of Lords doesn't construct law, just asks the commons to reconsider bits and okays it on it's final pass afaik.

Huh. I thought they’d already rejected it and sent it back to the HoC for reconsideration. Wishful thinking I guess :S
Given the implications of the bill it’s still pretty important that the public try to lobby the HoL anyway (even if they aren’t directly accountable and are rapidly being filled with Tory donors).
