Street fighter alpha 3 hands down.

I've been loving Real Racing 2 and Dead Trigger 1&2 recently because of their graphics and re-playability.
Expendable Rearmed is pretty good top down arcade shooter. And can't go wrong with Riptide 1&2.
 
Pretty sure most if not all of these are free also.
