As per pdf manual provided for PLS8 wireless module frequency bands available for European version are

    LTE (20,8,3,7,1); 3G (8,3,1); 2G dual band

While pyra preorder page on dragonbox site says

    GPRS/EDGE: 1800/850
    WCDMA: 2100/1800/900
    LTE: 800/900/1800/2600

As LTE band 1=2100 (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/LTE_frequency_bands). I feel like one band in LTE range (2100) is missed in what said on dragonbox site, is it ?

Seems likely. At the very least, there are five bands listed for the chip, and only four listed for LTE on the Pyra product page. Unless the aerial isn't well tuned for that missing band 1, perhaps, but that doesn't explain how it does it for 3G/WCDMA and not for LTE.

I hope this is just a typo as my current telecom carrier is going to launch 4G in 2100 frequency band otherwise I would have to change network provider.

@EvilDragon I don't want to trouble you, but I think only you can solve this.
