Check here for lots of stuff to download, I just got my GP32 a couple days ago and got quite a lot from it.
For the rest, just read the forums. If what you've downloaded doesn't have a readme containing install instructions, just dump the file in the gpmm folder (format your smc first when you connect your GP32 to the pc and it'll make the right folders).
I havent quite managed to get a movie on an SMC and play properly but instructions can be found in the gpcinema forum on this site (I think in my case my virtualdub was just frelled, havent got around to testing the new one I downloaded yet).

Good luck, and, have fun! :)

I'm sitll waiting patiently for my BLU to be delivered, :( but I'll share a few of the links that I've been accumulating in the last week or so while I've been waiting:

http://www.wind-ups.net/
http://www.gp32x.de/
http://www.gp-magazine.org.uk/
http://www.doomportables.org/~gp32/

I cannot vouch for all of the games as I obviously haven't had a chance to play them yet but the wind-ups software looks interesting and the gp-magazines are an interesting read.
