I need some help.
I've tried both the Windows version and the Linux version from dl.openhandhelds.org. I've followed the installation instructions included in the archive. The code I'm trying to build is the example included in the archive. It builds for Windows with the mingw gcc included Code::Blocks.

The Windows version, after much messing about with missing dlls, gives me:

||=== Build: target in test (compiler: GNU GCC Compiler for ARM) ===|
execvp||No such file or directory|
||=== Build failed: 1 error(s), 0 warning(s) (0 minute(s), 3 second(s)) ===|

It can't find something, but I don't know what or where it should be.

The Linux version produces an executable, but I can't get it run on the Caanoo. It crashes with no error message and sometimes returns to the Caanoo menu. Are there any libraries or other files I need to transfer to the Caanooo wit the executable?

The Caanoo is running firmware 1.6.1

Is there anything else I need to know?

Thanks for your help.

I would try to setuo usb networking between your linux dev machine, and ssh(or was it telnet) into your caanoo to examine the issue.. see if you get a simple hello world working etc

Could you post the code? Maybe it tries to initialize SDL in an unsupported way, or something else we can spot.

I'm sorry guys, I've given up, and bought a PSP instead(as well). The Devkit was easy to set up, even on OSX, and I'm part way through building a Pang clone for it.

Thanks for your help.
