Hi

Im trying to get some movies ready for when I get my 2x, however Im having a little trouble. I'm encoding the movies no problem, however I cant maintain the right size. For example I have a movie the has dimensions 720x304, which obviously does not scale down to 320x240 without being stretched. I know the 2x will resize things for me, however if i make them smaller then the file size is smaller.

So, any one got any ideas, for a mac user, on how to maintain ratio in my movies.

Thanks

720/320=2.25

720/2.25=320
304/2.25=135.11

so you want to encode in 320*135 (the .x wouldnt make a noticeable difference)

do you mean encode at 125. or 135, as in the calculation?

thanks for the quick answer!
