Yes.

p.s. How big is your SMC, how much do you already have on it. How many games do you want to hold? I think that the largest games (NES) I have are 800k. If you have a 128mb mem card, thats 128000kb. Divided by 800kb, that's 160roms. I have around 20 roms on mine, and DOOM with 3 wads, PCEngine with many roms for that, and a whole host of original homebrew games. All on one 128mb SMC. I have 2 other 128mb SMC's and a 64mb SMC. I am using those for audiobooks on my GP32.

Depends on how large SMC-Card you've brought and how large NES roms you are going to put in the GP32.
Most NES roms (at least the ones i've got) are about 256 kb so that means you could have about 500 NES roms on a 128MB SMC-Card (I'm just guessing that BTW :p )

EDIT: Dang, you guys beat me to it

A good price if you search on the net is around $30. However, if you buy it in the stores, expect to pay $50-60. Just go to pricewatch.com and you'll find some great deals.
