As Khan suggested I open a new topic for the beta test of the Caanoo version of PCSX4All.

Ridge Racer Type 4 US (Clone CD Image CCD)
Caanoo Clock 750 Mhz
Default Settings
Compatible, Slow - graphical glitches, cars and street near the cars seem always to be in the shadow

My first test ;)

Pacman World - NTSC
Format .bin/cue
Caanoo Clock, 750Mhz
Default Settings
FPS = 10/22
Compatible, slow - graphical glitches in game, intro is perfect and sounds slow in game.

Rage Racer US (Clone CD Image CCD)
Canoo Clock 750 Mhz
Default Settings
Compatible slow, no graphical glitches

Omega Boost US (Clone CD Image CCD)
Canno Clock 750 Mhz
Default Setting
Compatible slow, intro video hangs after a while and colours of subtitles in the intro video are wrong

Kula World Pal
Format .iso
Caanoo Clock 800Mhz
Default Settings
FPS = 9/16
Compatible Slow but playable no graphical gliches, sound slow crackles a bit.

UPDATE : Save worked on this game normal save not save state..

Skullmonkeys PAL
Caanoo Clock: 750mhz
Format: ISO
Default Settings, video frameskip OFF.
Compatible, Moderate. Game is playable; sometimes the speed feels almost 100%, other times it sinks to more like 50-70% normal speed. Videos work great, sound is mostly good (only slowing when the action does). Some graphics glitches - objects and platforms being invisible until you're right on top of them, but not too frequent.

Crash Bash PAL
Caanoo Clock: 750mhz
Format: BIN
Default Settings, video frameskip OFF.
Compatible, Slow. Game is too slow to be playable, usually hovering at 20fps, or 15fps during the action. No obvious graphics glitches, and the sound seems only limited by the low framerate.

All testing was done on a CAANOO with the lastest firmware.

why dont use this page: https://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=0AmAByCjdBqwudHpyYjR5YjY4Nml2UFBkQVdVanVhSVE&hl=en&authkey=CNKrjdIF

Maybe some small changes need.

Guys, it would be good to include a framerate report (L+R+Select) and, if a game works in both public and beta version, point out the difference in that regard ;)

Include the image format in your reports, as well ;)

By the way, all these test are for Caano, aren´t they? (please, specify if not)

Imga formats added, unfortunately, there isn't a Caanoo public build to compare with ;-)

It doesn´t matter ;-) it´s just for Wiz users.

Just test like there is no tomorrow :p

somebody can give me the ini files for the emulator, i miss this files to launch the emulator

thanks

One of my fav games - cant believe it boots - dont work on the Dingoo..... as follows

Wild Arms Pal
Format .bin
Caanoo Clock 750Mhz
Default Settings
FPS = 11/16
Compatible, no graphical glitches - slow but would have been playable, intro nice sound almost perfect till game play - then crackles, Scrolling text perfect but Once you leave the village it sadly hangs up :(

Almost there with this one ;)

Note that I only have a Caanoo (no Wiz), so all results from me are on the Caanoo.

Courier Crisis (Caanoo) - NTSC

Format - .img
Clock (which still reads "Wiz" on the Caanoo) - 700 Mhz
Default settings (RAM Tweaks - Off)
FPS - 13 / 20 (? Looks more like 60 or 50 FPS to me) in-game and 28/20 in menus. Video seems to run smoothly.

P.S. How do you use the frame-skip value? Since the Game and Video frameskip values are on the same option, how do you customize the settings? Looks pretty interesting to have this emulator to be this good-looking so quickly.
