    Which GPS receiver are you using? It's one of the USB add-ons I do not own yet, as well as a DVB receiver for digital TV and radio... :D

    Seems to take a long time to acquire signals, but once it has figured out where it is, it works OK.

    it seem xgps already exists, but how to access it was not obvious to me.
    To run this program, one must first run "gpsd runner", then click on the start xGPS button.
