Can someone take a look at Retroachievements?
It adds some replay value to old classics.
It is also implemented in the newer versions of RetroArch, and an old one is already out there.

@Sturmvogel , We've had a native Open Pandora like system for just as long as retroarch has their system and not just for Mame games... although it's a little less fleshed out. http://c4a.openpandora.org/

Opsu plays decent enough on the Pandora, I play it every once in a while. Good fun!
Beat maps on easy and normal are very doable with the stylus, hard, extreme and whatnot.... forget it... I don't get how those kids do that with a wacom and keyboard either btw...
My touch screen doesn't like it much though so I got me a spare screen in case it gets too bad. The Osu circles already show in the middle when looking at light reflection on my Pandora screen.

As we have already openXcom (https://pyra-handheld.com/boards/threads/openxcom-1-0-0-10.80196/), I would like to throw in this notable content for it: X-Piratz which is a X-com total conversation 600 years ahead, but inside the canon of Xcom and remakes.Humankind has lost against the aliens and you play a gang of all women pirates trying to survive (and making a buck) in this dystopian future

It got raving reviews for instance by RPS...https://www.rockpapershotgun.com/2016/03/30/x-piratez-xcom-mod/

Requirements: this variant of openxcom https://github.com/MeridianOXC/OpenXcom/tree/oxce3.5-plus-proto, the assets of original X-com (gog, disk, steam doesn't matter) and the conversation itself from https://openxcom.org/forum/index.php?topic=3626.0

Memonix a kid friendly memory training game collection. released by Viewizard 2007. SDL; ported to linux distros.

Shall I keep the default keymap (Up=accel, Down=break, Left/Right=left/right Space=flip) or do some changes (like flip on (X) or something else)?

    I think Dpad = left/right
and Gaming Buttons X=Accerlerate,B=Brake and Y=Flip are good to play.

    Thank you for the Question.
The older Keymap is not bad but when i can Choose then you have my Whish now :)

Hey, one of the XMoto maintainers here. If you all have any issues/want to upstream anything, just drop us an issue/PR and we'll see what we can do. Building may still be a bit funky from master at the moment, but it should be fine for Linux.

A new retroarch pnd with emulationstation as a selectable startup UI would be nice. retro arch has some of our optimised emulators built as a retroarch core (gpsp, psxarearmed, etc)

    Hi.
Thanks. I have build Xmoto from master without particular issue. It works well, but some levels seems to be a bit taxing for the Pandora (it's a only a 1Ghz ARM cpu after all).
I have created a specific thread for Xmoto here: https://pyra-handheld.com/boards/threads/xmoto.81070/

I started doing that (except the Emulation Station part) 3 weeks ago, using ptitSeb beta PND as a reference.
It just takes a lot of time to find good default configs, updating, testing and adding new cores, ;)
