I just bought a 1.5 TB SATA hard drive from dell.com and I want to use it as an external hard drive. I've been looking at some enclosures and im not really sure what to get. I know I want one that has an external power source. I was looking at these two:

Thanks for the help! Im open to suggestions too.

BTW: Do the enclosures have to support 1.5 TB? I've seen some that say they support up to 1 TB, would those work or would i need one that says it supports 1.5 TB?

Buy a hdd dock, those things are wonderful. Basically you just insert the hdd in to it like a memory card and when it's full you unmount it and insert an another one. The only problem is that USB is kinda slow, but if you have firewire or esata on your motherboard, definitely consider getting one that supports one of those.
