(2) is there any official documentation of the GP32 hardware commands?
(3) is there an Assembler compiler for the GP32?
(3b) is there any official documentation of the GP32 hardware commands for Assembler?
(4) will all of this become clear when my GP32 arrives and i register it?

1) Check the following:
http://www.devrs.com/gp32/software.php#comp
2) I believe that the official devkit comes with full docs. Comments anyone?
3) A-yuh. :) I'd suggest checking out GCC, as it's probably familiar, and it should handle inline asm just fine.
4) Probably not, but after poking around on the net and through other people's development pages it should make a little more sense. :)
5) Just check out people's code, or the example programs that come with the Debian cross-dev kit. Some of it's a little weird (like the executable creation), but most of it's pretty normal.

Where do you get gcc from, cant u do it with visual c++ or not
There's links to GCC on the dev page I linked to... it's of course a lot easier if you're running Linux. You could probably do something with Visual C++ too, especially if you're planning on starting from scratch, but it isn't exactly the world's greatest compiler. :p
