Hi

when i watch an flash movie wth IE, i can easily acces it offline, by going into the temporary internet files, and copying the .swf file anywhere I want. Now im using Mozilla firefox and want to do teh same, but i cant find the location of the internet cache. Can someone tell me where it is?

FF's cache isn't designed to be browsed via the filesystem like IE's. Use about:cache, by which i mean type about:cache into the address bar. Then under 'Disk Cache' click 'List Cache Entries'... it'll take a while, but then you can scan the list and click any item to view the web version - which will be the cached version because you're offline.

Then save the swf.

Or visit the site and save the swf, online or not.

All you really have to do is check the page's source, which you can do by adding view-source: to the beginning of the address. Scan for a swf address, find it, type that into the address bar or use a program such as GetRight to download it. This works on both Moz and IE.
