Finally deciding to install an amiga emulator today was probably the best decision ive made in ages, replaying all the games i used to play on my grandads amiga. :)

Higlights had to be:

Cannon Fodder 1&2
Speedball 2
Turrican 2
Pinball Dreams
Paradroid 90
Addams Family (ill probably hate it if i go and play it now.)

And some weird game that i cant remember what it was called, you were a small robot or something similar walking round rooms full of traps and enemies and had to find the exit, kinda reminiscent of Gaunlet somehow.

Imo :

Sensible World of Soccer / Sensible Soccer (infinite replay value :p)
Cannon Fodder 1&2
The Settlers
Alien Breed

but I agree with the long list of Belgarath & I got my best video games exp on that awesome machine :) so much masterpieces :)

lotus esprit turbo challenge series!
jaguar xj220 <--- BEST RACING GAME EVAR
lemmings 2
kid gloves
zool
monkey island series
sensible soccer
north and south

yeah pretty much what they all said ^^^^

I can't believe Wings of Fury wasn't mentioned... That one was great!
Also Turrican 2 and Moonstone, but I think they we're already mentioned.

Oh... And Stardust!.... not Super Stardust (for some reason... I just don't like the AGA-version)

Anything from Team 17 is rather good (Project X, Superfrog, Alien Breed, Worms...)

People's love of Frontier always confused me, 5 years in the making, overhyped and simply not very good.

Oh... I loved that one - Mind you I never really played Elite that much. Liked First Encounters too.
I know... It was never released for Amiga - But it was announced for AGA Amigas (not that I ever had one.... but still)

Oh man, Wings of Fury was a classic. Watching all those little dudes running out of their huts screaming was fantastic. And Moonstone! Easily some of the best death animations EVER. Do you remember the black knights? Christ they were rock!

Ahh man, this thread really makes me wanna go boot up my 1200 again.

Im gonna get my grandparents amiga off them i think, it's just collecting dust in their attic itll be much more appreciated in my hands.

Also i just remembered Quest for Glory series Belgarath mentioned, i fuckin loved those games especially the fourth one.

Oh, my beloved Amiga. There were so many great games that I dare not write a list.... however, I am trying to recall the name of one game... you played some kind of little gnome or something. You had this... I think it was dust you could use to defeat enemies, and you could get a hammer and hammer the ground to get items. I also recall something about doors and keys, which I believe to be the entrances to the various stages.... anyone have an idea?
