Hey all, just getting back into the whole GP2X thing. I have an F100 mk2, and I really like it, but the joystick problems are just killing me -- bottom-left diagonal intermittently doesn't get responsive (this is really the reason why I put down my GP2X down and forgetting about it for awhile).
After some research, I see that this is a common problem. I'm willing to invest my time, effort, and money to fix the problem.
I see some people have done mods, like here:

http://www.gp32x.de/board/index.php?showt...=31624&st=0
And some have gone further to create a little kit:

I'm thinking something like that "kit" solution is the latest and the "best" available method for making my GP2X have a reliable 4-way d-pad. If so, is this kit still available these days? If not, any other known methods that are up-to-date?
Basically, I just wanna know the most easiest & reliable method out there, but couldn't find any recent info...
