i used to be able to reset my gp32 in a split sencond by just turning it on and of really quicky. it used to reset straight away. but now when i reset unless i wait until the screen has faded of the image i last saw, i reset and it just hangs on that previous image and dosent go straight to the startup. i

any idea

For any console or handheld, it's advisable to wait about 2-3 seconds after turning the power off to turn it back on.

The capacitors in the unit store some juice. You need to wait a second for them to discharge otherwise they will keep some of the memory intact causing that. My blu does that too.

Mine does that as well. I am perfectly fine with it though, I just watch as Ness fades into oblivion...
