I am playing chrono trigger and I am in the future and I was playing on my gp32_console but then I found those problems with the backgrounds and all that. In the rom hacking part of it I tured something off and I could see again, but then when I talked to someone I couldn't see what they said. So is there an emulator or a a program that i can take the save state and use it on a PC emulator? Or do I have to wait for the next emulator to come along?

I think os9x sram saves .srm are compatible with snes9x on the pc (pretty universal iirc, but you have to rename them). But i don`t think save states are compatible because of the screen/picture that is saved along with the game.

You can open ZSNES save states with OpenSNES9xGp, but you cannot use OpenSNES's save states any other emulator (unless you can figure out how to rip out the screenshot...hmm). OpenSNES9xGp uses ZSNES/Snes9x compatible save states + a snapshot, which makes it unusable in ZSNES or Snes9x :(

However, as the above poster said, SRAM data (when you save INSIDE the game like you would on a cart and select "Exit to Rom Browser") is usually universal!

I found it but I cant copy it off the thing, it says its corrupted. Is there an older version of opensnes around that I can use just for this part? Or do they all mess up like that?

Your question is abit vague, Could you provide a bit more detail.
What have you found ?.
What can you not copy off of what thing ?.
What says its corrupt ?. GP32 or comp ?.
What are you using to copy what file ?.

[EDIT] Stupid typo`s
