Compatibility List For New Drmd

REESY!!!

F'ING A-MAZE-ING!!!!!!!

I don't think I have smiled so big in this whole year.

You guys are in for quite a treat......

With the new beta, I've found that in games where the music was previously too fast - eg Ghouls 'n Ghosts, NZ Story, Hellfire - the music now runs at *perfect* speed. :D

Looks like I'll something fun to do on what will otherwise be a rather dull Xmas day :D

yay, it makes it seem fullspeed at 10fps!
btw. this version is brilliant! especially on sonic, fullspeed at 144mhz! the dac may sound like dying people, but it still cool and no speed is lost!
Only a few voices like Seeeegaa are a bit distorded but it's perfect in games, all the voices are clear like the original Genesis ones.

Just salt to wounds for us non-beta's...

I believe the DAC is used a lot for drums and the likes.

Nearly all games!
I'll help you out. Hmmm:
The Lion King ("It starts" said by Timon as you start the game, also Simba's Dad says "All that the light touches is yours")

Smash TV (can't remeber)

World of Illusion ("Alakazam" said by Mickey for various spells)

There's many more but my mind's a blank at the moment.

Mickey Mania has a lot of voices. "Uh-Oh!" "Pluto!" etc.

Take Phantasy Star 4, for example. Load up it on DrMD 1.0.
Then compare the music to a .gym file, from here:

http://www.zophar.net/gym/

Might need a winamp plugin, too. :)

Yes, I'm a bit of NZ Story devotee - the genesis version is completely different to the other versions. I don't think it quite measures up to the original, but its still fun :)
