Would you pay for quality games?

no

i got gp32 for its super awesome amazing ultra mega ability to play emulators and ports....mania....

plus i need money for halflife2 and drugs

I would, as long as you make a mascot, and no one say super plusha or else I'll call you a gay Hackz0r on gp32warez

I would pay for a pukka homebrew game on the gp32 !!!!

I have never brought an original game (not since my amstrad c464 anyways) and pc engine games.

And i have had megadrive, snes, amiga, saturn, gamegear, gameboy, gameboy advance, playstation, playstation 2, xbox ect.

But for some reason its different on the gp32, i dont really know why - i think its because the gp32 is not controlled by the big boys.

Bring em on - the pay pal account is ready !!!!

I would absolutely pay for some good commercial games! Heck yes!

If the games were in any way "retro", 2D or oldsk00l I'd make it a point to mention them on Retrogames too. More non-Korean, quality games are very much needed on GP32. I can't play Mill or ASR damnit!

Might be nice to start a thread asking what genres and game types people are most interested in seeing.

Personally I'd like to see something in full 3D, just to see what the GP32 can pull off with polygons. Maybe a futuristic racer or something. Must have great music though, maybe with the ability to play MOD files of the user's choice? That'd be cool and something you could only really pull off on GP32. :)

Otherwise, I'd like to see a quality Gunstar Heroes ripoff, or an Advance Wars ripoff. ;) I love those 2 games! RPGs and action adventures are always great, but they take ages and ages to do well so...

Nooone has answered this yet, wouldn't you have to pay GamePark $1,000s to sell games for the GP32??

I doubt it RCX. Gamepark don't have the money to be charging developers that much. They NEED developers. I'd bet if you have a good game and you show it to them they will either encrypt it for you or give you the tools to do so.

I have bought Her Knights and Tomak and I will buy Pinball Dreams and Fantasies... I am also buying MoviePark and would be absolutely happy to pay good sensible prices for any software...

I think we should all take the view that Gamepark has given us a machine that allows us to play many many free games so they need some payback... it is an excellent machine we should help in anyway we can... and the easiest way is to buy good software...
