Ok here the heads up. I bought a PC via ebay early january. I payed directly via bank deposit, and still have the deposit slip to show the money went into the account. Ive had various excuses from the guy but have still yet to receive a refund or a PC. THe guy has feedback which shows positive from selling a pc to another user. I really dont know what to do or where to go from here, anyone have any tips? Heres a link to the auction in question, just incase it helps: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie...DME:B:EOAB:UK:6

Any help will be greatly appreciated as im really poor :(.

Thanks in advance

first off contact ebay

then talk to your bank about getting a full hard copy of the entire process

if nothing happens its time to get heavy.

you'll want to contact any legal friends you might have to advise you, let the seller know all the time what is happening, the threat of legal action will often jump start something.

it may also be worth contacting the police, at the very least an official case number etc will be a great help.

I thought about getting ebay involved but hes no longer registered so im not sure how useful thatd be. Also, the guy keeps promising me that things are happening, its just it never seems to leed anywhere. But ill certainly get the banks advice.

HA ha, i thoguht i was the only one who checked feeback profiles for stuff they had sold. Hey, its not like im ever going to buy anytrhing from there. Speaking of which, what am I bid for a £29.99 gamestation credit note?

Annoying buyer, bids and wins, then changes their mind. Thanks for nothing!!

Seller Beaware!! NonPayBuyer!! Wast Seller Time and Money!!

Made winning bid then retracted saying it was a mistake???

... so this is you is it :p
lol im like that sometimes

tell ebay n-e way, get the police involved if you have to. its theivery

I'll give you a £5 for that credit note. j/k
I've only ever bought 1 item of e bay and have failed to recieve it (since Nov 04) but I can't be arse to do anything about even though I need that £10

You git, you sold the DC with all the games and only got £16 :p... I was going to give you £5 alone for only 2 games :( :( hehe :p

Well the buyer didn't get the item anyway due to "damage". Maybe he did find a better offer.

Loz contact eBay. It's the only realistic step forward.

Yes i do steve-o, and no, you still cant have them for £5. :p

As far as ebay will be conserned its a police matter...

I would contact ebay anyway - that makes it official and they can give you his address...

then tell the guy that you need to recieve the PC within 5 days or you will have to inform the Police...

thats all you can do...

I find phoning people works wonders!
