People contacted trading standards with something like 700 complaints, which forced ebuyer to restore their telephone support. But as long as they do eventually sort these problems out, they're obeying the law.

However if you're short £900 or so then either contact trading standards or take them to court because it's your right to get the money out of them (providing you can prove it, of course - the burden is on you). Usually it's quite easy, for example 'my account is short £900 with a payment to ebuyer but no goods were signed for'. However it is more likely that if you took them to small claims, they wouldn't show up and you'd win by default.

i got a little problem with the delivery company and ebuyer, they delivered when i wasnt in took my parcel back to the depot, emailed me to tell me it wasnt delivered which automatically put into spam at my ISP so i didnt see it, i didnt get a card or anything through the letter box and now the parcel has been sent back to ebuyer all this happended before the date that ebuyer said they would deliver my order by. my order was on £2.97 too.

ive put up one enote but probably wont chase it up as i cant be arsed for such a small amount though.

even at such a low amount its not the point! - chase it up - even if it was 2p its still your order! - im owed £700 & ebuyer are refusing to sort this out so im looking into the possibility of taking it further but i don't know where to go next?
