grrr, thanks, but my mum said she doesnt want to do that for some reason, shes really scared when it comes to stuff like that...

she said phone them! but that takes long, il try it, and if they have an excuse not to send it il say cancel the and stop wasting my time, and i will have a long lecture with them telling them how crap there company is and they should close down, also il say iv seen better service at north africas head drug department or something stupid along those line to make them feal bad, and being a bad company and scamming people! BB probably works for them

The person I got on the phone seemed helpful enough, cancelled my order with no problem. You shouldn't have any problems getting your money, getting through to them seems to be the hard part.

I wouldn't complain to the person on the phone, it's not like they haven't heard it all before. The only possible outcome from complaining is them taking slightly longer than usual to deal with your problem.

ok, thanks, il try to keep my sanity with them :p, buti would hoped lines were open after 6 cause then i get free calls, ah well...

I cancelled my ebuyer order and then ordered from overclock.co.uk, it was much more expensive, but I needed to make sure I wasn't waiting for 3 months to get the parts.

I ordered a Logitech Cordless Rumblepad 2 Gamepad the other day, and not only did Ebuyer undercut everyone else, it arrived 2 days before specified.

I guess there's problems with even the best of companies. Nobody is pefect, and I have always had good results from Ebuyer. I have ordered lots of stuff from them, from SATA Hard Drives, Drive enclosures to Software. And not once have they not delivered.

I had a problem with a cordless mouse once, but Euyer sent me a replacement mouse caddy super quick.

Sorry to those who have had bad results from them, but I have not. For Me I will keep on using them, I don't trust anyone else.

I ordered a USB 2.0 card from them once. It was 2 days late!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have I missed something?

Posting Matt's PC, for around 3 weeks in a row.

Maybe.

Do you sell systems or something?

Who me? - I don't know anyone called matt apart from hearing his name on this forum - Im not a PC builder or would I sell systems as I would not know how - Im traning to be a solicitor not a computer builder - I am owed 41 pounds from ebuyer & it has been 4 months now - It was only for an MP3 player but is not the point - If your confusing me with the bargain man then please don't as you know how i feel about him.

Are there many of you waiting for things on ebuyer?

You said you were owed 41 parts from Ebuyer, now it's £41 from Ebay?

Sorry if you aren't Bassments, but things really point towards this.

Hey at fair enough.

But what about THIS thread?

Im currently looking into upgrading to a new computer or a laptop depending on price but only have £550 to spend because of my current budget - My IP may be the same or close if im on the same network (BTYahoo)?
