Will we be able to use this for gp2x? :)

It won't be of any use until somebody finds a use for it  Hopefully when the GP2X is out in the wild someone will write the drivers to make use of SDIO cards, that is the assuming that SDIO is functioning on release units.

Do'nt go buying one expecting it to magicaly wireless enable your GP2X, you will be disapointed.

are people hyped for wiFi to do networked games?

or is everyone hoping to get a folding keyboard working along with their wiFi so they can be elite portable hackers =)

I think it'd be good for downloading things wherever you are. Say a friend wants to see a game they like played on there, download it right there on the console. But this is probably all just pipe dreams.

If you read on the sandisk site the product has been discontinued due to so many of them failing.

I'd like just a wifi adaptor and use a shared dir on a HDD drive instead of the SD card.

If someone got it working.
