Heres a new one.Had me gp32 for over 6 months now and never had any probs. But now when I kick in The link software on my windows xp,it works fine unless I try to open the gpmm folder. Then it locks up.I'm using the multfirmware (been using it for 5 months with no hitch) and I tried the original gplink software as well as the pclink 1.01 and the same happens.I checked the smc for errors and it has none.Anyone got any ideas????

That's my last resort-was hoping someone could give me an alternative.

STOP!!!

Do you have the origianl firmware ??? , If so, On your GP32, Go to the PC-Link option without your GP32 connected to you computer and select it.

An error should come up, Something about a USB error etc, Look below that and it says press B to cancel or SELECT to recover SMC.

Follow the rest and you should be good to go. :)

I had tried fixing smc errors with the original firmware but there wern't any.Anyway I've fixed it now.I switched from normal mode to gp32 mode on the pclink software and then instead of clicking the gpmm folder in the left window i click the one on the right (after clicking the gp32 folder open on the left) and it opened fine. Then I deleted my nes folder (80meg) and everything seems ok now...*PHEW*
