New Korean Pmp Game Thingy

I'm a sucker for nice gadgets, though I don't have the money to actually buy many ;P This looks fairly nice.

And I'm probably going to get done over for bringing this up again but... if it supports USB Host... could it connect to GP2X to transfer files tongue.gif? OK It'd be a ridiculously expensive solution just to solve that problem, but could be cool in other ways, if you bought this thing anyway wink.gif

At the bottom of the link in the picture there is a USB host icon

More to the point what is it? ;)

I was getting to that.
Mio EZ Mini.
Supported by a MMORPG developing company, right? Which means that thing should play online games.

the mio is 450mhz whereas the Cenix is unspecified

I started a thread on those two in OFF TOPIC.

man, and I thought the GP2X was nearing the "too small" category (as far as being comfortable to hold in your hands and use for a significant amount of time).

This thing is TINY.

It looks cool, but would be completely unusable, at least for me. *gets out magnifying glass to keep track of it* :p

The GameBoy Micro is a big success. Just imagine it with music, film, radio and usb function. :)

There are lots of people who said the GameBoy Micro is way too small for them without even trying. I got big hands and it still fits so good. Just because it's small doesn't mean it's uncomfortable.

Also, Korean people got small hands. :D

Looks like a gameboy Micro on LSD:

However I guess you will have more fun with the gb micro, since it has games, and this handheld there can't emulate anything, even NES will be a problem due to the bad screen resolution.

both the cenix and mio handhelds seem pretty cool, but when it comes down to just comparing them to the gp2x, it's no contest in my mind.

have any of you heard of the Archos Gmini402cc? its a little bigger than that with a 2.2 inch screen, 20gb hdd, video out of course, a camcorder on the back records vga res. + crappy 1.3 mp stills, plays divx/xvid mp4, and some crappy games. the older one i have Gmini400 has a SMS/GG emulator on it. its a hell of a device. around $220.

nope, that's the GP2x allready. 2.2" screen... hopeless.
thats because its a dap/pvp not a gaming device. which is more of what that cenix thing is(dap/pvp).

I don't like that tiny stuff, even if I could make some 2" toast with it :p
true, its not a gp2x but i was comparing it to the other things people have put up. for a dap like the cenix thing it is definitely the best.
