Here's how to overclock any FXE file

I`ve tried it 166mhz but i am using snes9xgp 0.95.
It seems to run fairly well with sound at fs 4-5 with the few games i have tried.

FF2 = fs 3 with sound is very playable (music`s a bit slow)
Super mario world = fs 5 with sound is playable (a bit jurky)
TwinBee = fs 3-4 with sound is very playable (music`s a bit slow)

Just my observation. :)

Will try some more games soon.

that newer version on gp32spain aint half bad. just tried diddy's kong quest and its near 100% speed wise with sound, extremely playable, oddly mario world is still laggy, and the sound for it is shite. f zero is also pretty playable. however mario kart is worse, previously i could race for a couple of laps before it crashed, altho i could drive through barriers and couldnt pick up objects. now its got no track at all, and all drivers are on the same spot and you cant drive anywhere. oh well at least it seems the kong games may be ok. strange how they are quicker would have thought they'd cane the processor

I can't find 0029DE07 in snes9xgp! I'm am searching by text value. Can somebody email me snes9xgp 150mhz or 166mhz. I just found out that the one on gp32spain is set to look for roms in gp:/snes. Can somebody send me the 166 one? E-mail me at hildegarn326g@yahoo.com

I can't get this to work, it says loading SNES directory and then a bunch of useless numbers and messed up graphics and when I click on anything my gp restarts. I originally had my roms in gpmm directory, but then when it didn't work I changed them to gpmm/SNES can someone tell me what I am doing wrong

you've got to make a new dir called SNES and put the roms in there.
not GPMM/SNES (as is the case for SnesEmu), this is one level above.. y'dig?

Can somebody make a 156 and 166 mhz version of the old snes9xgp? The new version is slower on some of my games.

Hey Azure,

I e-mailed you two versions of the older 0.95 snes9x emulator.
both clocked at 166mhz, One looks in snes and the other looks in gpmm.

Did you get them ???

Question guys....
I heard rumors that OCing the GP32 at 166 can damage the system. Is this true? I found a SNES9x Emulator at 166Mhz, but I am not sure if I should attempt to run it and risk my machine. Any feedback is appreciated.
Thanks

Yes it could, its a risk but nothing has happend to mine yet. I can only assume it will have major affects on your gp32 if used for a long period of time.

can you make a 156 one? The 166 one freezes after about 30 seconds.

To load a save you just load the save in the game.
