Come on, you Germans, who was it? We were looking for the Bus number 6, and asked two young people if they knew where it was (they didn't). But one of you was playing on a GP2x, and I said "Hey, ich habe eine auch! (ja, ich weiss-wie schelcht mein Deutsch ist, aber ich lerne noch!!!!).

So who are you? Wer bist Du? Sag mir, aber Du musst sagen, welches Spiel war es, dass Du gespielt hattest... oder wie kann ich dich glauben?

Tchüsss!

wow, i would have guessed that finding someone else with a gp2x in the wild is like getting hit by lighting

The ge- and the ü tend to stick out to the english speaker, in my experience.

Yeah, I was just joking around. I'm still in my first year of German. :)

I'm not sure what this was supposed to mean or I would have helped ;)

Can you say "The cheese is old and moldy" and "Where is the bathroom?"

Where is the bathroom = Wo ist das badezimmer, or something, I suppose.

As for The cheese is old and moldy, I don't know the german word for moldy, we have not covered this material in our German classes yet. o_O

"Wo ist das Badezimmer" is correct, but usually you'd ask "Wo ist die Toilette" because usually you don't need the room to take a quick bath ;)

Und der Käse ist übrigens alt und verschimmelt.

btw what's that supposed to mean? not all germans are racists ,,, gee. maybe 0.1 per cent of us but i think that's pretty low compared to other countries.

awww... i guess we'll never ever get rid of that nazi image...

If I understood that correctly ( I don't hope so ) then you're just a [Edit]. Sorry for beeing rude, but
1. That isn't a very funny topic. In fact, if you make jokes about that, you don't know anything.
2. Deutsche = Nationalsozialisten. Swiss people just eat cheese and toblerone. Polnish people steal. It's the same thing in every country. Here we say all american's are fat and dumb and in america you say german guys are nazis. And all of that isnt correct.
3. Again; this whole story about the world war isnt funny.

Edit: Took away the curses.

you think it's more? i've actually never thought about the percentage it was just a very quick guess. 80 million people in germany so 0.1 per cent would be around 80k peops... that's much... or isn't it?

EDIT: daven ... ;) good post
