i would definately (well...when i say definately) send my gp32 off to get an upgrade if someone offered to do it. Neo-Geo uses a 68000 8Mhz main cpu, then a 4Mhz z-80 co-processor. Add to that a graphics chip with support for unlimited scrolling backgrounds and intense scaling as well as transparency.
