I need some advice. Whats the best tutorials on programming for the gp32. Ive done c (sort of) and did gba junkies tuts for the gba. I followed these not to badly but all the different modes gets confusing. Is the gp32 any easier? I dont want to be a brilliant programmer only to display and manipulate sprites for interaction.
thanks in advance Craig.

Well, that's the main advantage of the Gp32 !! It's very easy to learn because there's not much hardware to mess with. No tiled modes, no hardware sprites that are hard to set up. And to compensate all this, much more processing power !!

If you've already done tuts on gba then you'll get started in half an hour !

thanks for your reply but where do i start. I tried to download Kokohead Studios first tutorial but the pdf file is corrupted.

I am interested in this as well since I wouldnt mind coding for the GP32 as well as the GBA. The main probelm is that hte gba development scene is a lot more 'beginner' freindly as there are a ton of articles and tutorials detailing pretty much all of the hardware. I have major trouble doing the same for the GP32...unless I have been looking in the wrong places..

Yeh I just started reading through C++ book and gonna learn that, thinking bout becoming a proffessional programmer now.
How much C++ will I need to learn to start making basic games or simple programs for the GP32?

hmm not that much well i only know C but to do really simple things it doesn't take to much at all. I've stop coding now after that command and conquer demo i made just became tiresome to continue with. But really its not 2 difficult at all just alot of problem solving.. all the time :(

I am also starting to learn C and would like to find a tutorial to learn to code sh*t for the GP32. I was just about to start making my game, but then I got pulled over to the GP32 after answering proly the hundrth Email from my site wanting to know if they should get a GP32. I will prolly get one soon, and I would like to test my coding.
