Hello,
I posted on yaronet to tell enf65 about GBAX2004 but because of N*nt*nd* acting against gbaZ then I think it wont be presented...
Wining a prize (maybe) when another emu is in "danger"...that is not the most discret thing to do
btw : no news about the emu itself.

see you

i have gba mario kart as original for my gba, and the controls are totally fine and no problems at all.
ok, it take a hour or so till you get in, but then it's only fun!
of course its hard to control when you emulate the rom on pc

and btw: i used offlineist, thats correct ;)
and ct special forces does NOT suck, neither does kuru kuru kururin.

anyway, i hope mashmods will do the job and modify our gp32s B)

Out of interest does Akuma no Houkon mean My skin is green and covered in boils, I live under a bridge and eat Billy Goats for a living?

Just wondering :p

There IS a bios mod out there that is used for the 32MB ram upgrade, but unlike this mod, that one breaks all current fxe compatibility until they've been patched with something that's ENTRIELY unrelated to this.
Um.... I thought that all un 32MB fxes would work, but could only take advantage of 8MB??

yes there are several 4MB games which are good:
Mario Kart (in my opinion its Great, and very good playable)
ChuChu Rocket (Ok we have a clone now, still a good game)
Mario Games (would be nice but they are on the snes)
F-Zero (also a remake, but its different)
V-Rally 3 (i like this game, it has great graphics)
Pitfall (i had it on PC, and its a good jumpandrun)
Worms World Party ( would be nice to play this on the gp32)
Final Fight One (nice beatemup)
Aladdin (it was on the genesis right? still a cool game)
Kuru Kuru Kuririn (this game is just great)
Konami Krazy Racers ( good mariokart clone)
Sim City 2000 (good game!)
Breath of Fire 2 (yes it has a snes port :) )
Sheep
Motocross Maniacs Advance ( i love this games)

this are just some games i know.

8MB games i would like to play:
Rayman Advance
GoldenSun
Advance Wars (not if the remake becomes good)
Tony Hawk
and more..

and if a shop would do a ramupdate , not to expensive, i would do it.
its worth it.

I placed #5 in the Swedish Mario Kart championships (snes), yet I still feel that Mario Kart for the GBA is very enjoyable. You don't seem to like anything though, so go bug the zodiac community instead, please.

it allows access to the 24MB more ram, but everyprogram needs to be edited too. that i t can use it

EDIT:
seems to be te biggest thread ever on this Board ;)

no, the biggest is the official gp32x spam thread ;)

anyway, i remember darkfader or mr spiv has made a 32mb ram compatible wind-ups version...

[OT] Why not merge this thread with the Spam thread, to create a new thread of COLOSSAL proportions!!
Because it would be an affront to god himself and incur his wrath - think tower of babel. The server would get hit with a lightning - and what then? ;)

About that size problem: How fast does the GP32 read the SMCs after all? I mean, some commercial games are quite big and I also doubt that a video of 100 MB can be loaded into the RAM and yet I get quite smooth playback. Of course I'm not a coder and just go by things that sound logical to me, but I don't understand how the reading speed could not be anough for GBA-Roms to be read from SMC...

oh no... not this pic again :)
i think it was just a joke.
but perhaps in the future, who knows???
would be nice to see the game running on a real gp32 :D

EDIT: Oh, the pic's been seen before. It looked a tad odd, just wasn't sure if that was from a private beta (unlikely - no background) or what. So an Eh was in order.

Just wanted to remind you what it could look like in the future :) Note that it is not even a gp32, it is an imaginary system called the Cammo

To all those people who are saying that we don't need a GBA emu cos we have a good SNES emu and all the best GBA games are available on the SNES...

This emu seems to be a lot faster than the SNES emu so maybe we won't have to run our GP32s at 133 or above to get decent speed. Thus our batteries will last longer - in my opinion this makes it worth it :D .

perhaps, but until now we dont have sound emulation, and also mode 0 1 2 arent emulated yet.. we will see how it runs when enf65 finished those :)
