Gp32 Stock

I hope thats the case, I just purchased one from Lik-Sang (FLU). Its already bad enough with zodiac (and soon gametrac) competing for the 3rd party emu developers. I would hate to see what happens if they stopped manufacturing them...I hope they are just stockpiling for the eurolaunch like someone suggested...

craigix did they mention if it was because they just plain ran out of stock, or if its a purposeful thing? I would like to know if they plan on restocking...

I honestly dont mind as long as the SNES emu gets finished and hopefully a GBA emu as well.

the gametrack will bomb due to the small screen and such, i find it as a fancy toy.
The zodiac isn't just Zodiac, it's all PalmOS stuff, so a PalmOS Snes emu would work on the Zodiac...

unfortunatly I'm with you BenRoshi I can't get mine till around june either... :( I guess we may have to be competing on ebay in the future... This Sucks  I hope they are just stockpiling them ;)

June is rumored to be about the time of the Euro launch, so you should have no problems getting one then or if its not launched by then it should be close.

hahaha, good old sketchy gamepark, business as usual.
"it's off again, no wait it's on, no wait no more stock, no wait here's a ton that everyone can buy..."

whatever, it's all good, just adds to the uniqueness of the system if you ask me. video game consoles (and handhelds and etc) come and go, but I am sure none of us EVER will forget the gamepark..!

Hopefully if the Euro launch does god they will release a shitload mroe and reveile a newer gp32 :D

And nintendo and microsoft would be bad for gp32, Sega, we already have a GP32->Dreamcast cable. If sega bought them, then sega could try once again at te handheld market :D, Sega has enough money to make an american launch too.
YEAH!!! everyone knows that sega is- hello?-the best... well... except for their whole well, um... shitty marketing... i say sega buys GP then hires ppl from the GP32x boards to market!
and as long as they dont pull any "Blast proccesing" b/s we'll be fine!

Panzer Dragoon GP, GP Set Radio  and if they hadnt whored out sonic to the ngarbage... Sonic the HedGPehog!

I think you'll find they've "whored out" sonic to most systems now.

Memnoch
N-Gage and GP32 owner and happy with both.

Sega isn't buying jack squat. They have to answer to Sammy now and even then they can't justify buying the rights to a small korean handheld system that few people know anything about especially after abandoning their hardware development scene.

Sega Screwed up because they make horrible decisions. Rushing things to market, half-assing games they could have been big and not knowing how to sell their product to consumers in the face of hard competition are just some of the things that lead them to where they are now.

Its slowly getting worse also.

Look at Sonic Heros and Sonic ABttle both could be great games with a few small tweaks. Sonic Battle is just twaeking the camera which is basic stuff i would say.

i dont know what the fuss is if theres no stock anyways... its a GOOD thing.. it means they can tell the shareholders theyve sold all the production stock and can look to be manufacturing another batch...

Euro launch would be a perfect next step.. if i was a shareholder i would probably say to go ahead and move into EU only if they successfully clear all Korean stock 1st, therefore demonstrating a popular interest in the product..

yay!

Thats why buying somthing good will help them, they have relised a mistake on discontinunig the Dreamcast, they have made newer ones for PuyoPuyo Fever, and Puyo Puyo Fever has some coding for some of the system bios *or whatever* textures to change when the save file for Puyo Puyo fever is on a VMC *I think thats it, forgot the acronym for the LCD Memory Cards*

The dreamcast is cheaper than hell to make nowadays, their only flaw was making the dreamcast too good for the market. in which ruined their finances that had a linking effect on their game budget. Dealing with other systems for major titles *sonic* makes them try to bring out games faster, and due to the GC not doing so well *up until the GC went $99* they didn't get money from Sonic due to GC only games, and some of their other games didn't sell well *Panzer Dragoon Orta, seen the game? sweet ass gfx and shit!*

Sega's in a downslump, but if they start with somthing, like helping out the homebrew community. If any major gaming manufactures should help GamePark it would be sega.

Although they probably wont do it, it's just a hope for some of us. Nintendo and Sony don't need shit for handheld stuff.

and oh yeah, if you read my post: I NEVER SAID THEY WHERE BUYING SHIT!
