lol

Hmm, may sound stupid, but i think there will be a possibility to play his Mario War with 2 Players on one Gamepark.

You only need left, right and jump, afaik, so the first player would use the control pad, while the other one is using A for left, B for right (or the other way round, dont know) and R for jump.

hmmm, what do i need to know on skezickx ( terribly spelled wrong )
game maker prog?
I know it will do this, but what do i need to know programming wise?

great idea!
but i have to finish some other stuff first.

we could even have 4 players *DG*
-> every player needs only two buttons (left+right = jump (like the mouse controls on the pc))

get ready to trash your gp32 buttons.. ;)

but i want to make a mario game that srolls when ya walk and all that , not a single screen..
any more help?

my 2d jump'n'run tutorial series:
http://jnrdev.weed-crew.net

my mario game (open source):
http://jnrdev.weed-crew.net/smw

hope that helps.
the graphics routines can be easily replaced with gp32 code. or you could use gp32 sdl.
but the code/tutorials are also very interesting on their own i hope.
Cool.

Cheers - will have a good read of this...

a new version of smw is on the way with networking and multiple game modes.
the code will be quite interesting.
and easier to understand, as i rewrote the stupid player2player collisiondetection...
