Today I was thinking that would it be possible to have a recorder type thing for GP Cinema? What I mean is instead of encoding a video to the GP32, you merely run it on your PC and load up the recorder. A black outline the size of a GP32 screen appears and you choose the quality of the recording. You then leave the black outline there and it records to a format the GP32 can understand. Then transfer it and you're done:)

What does everyone think? Is it possible or is it just stupid?

Let me know:)

It sounds like a easy to use front end for encoding AVIs.... interesting idea though.... Anyone want to code one :p ?

Hey, way to be real helpful, there. Could you post some details about movie link? Thanks.

Or maybe we could not, as movie link doesn't do what I just said. With this you could record anything-even flash. Whatever is under the outline.

Way to go pants.

CamStudio will do flash :-(http://freeware.brothersoft.com/Multimedia_Graphics/Screen_Capture/CamStudio_3944.html)
It does video compression OK - but you still have to post process for audio.

You can get a pretty good picture AND sound from CamStudio and use Movie link to convert it to GP32.

(camstudio also dosent seem to expect to be paid for)
