I can't understand how you re-encode divx files using this program.
If someone please could create a small tutorial on how to use it it would make me happy.

I know you can make smaller files using Virtualdub and other programs but I always get errors in VirtualDub that's why I like to test this program.

Thanks in advance.

well, due to my not so controvesial topic ( LOL ) I would also be interested in this, or a nice virtual dub guide
I know there is one for dub, just cant remember where it is at

Movie link is like a super stripped down version of Vdub, just open an Avi in it, hit file>transcode, and wait.

because it's already set to convert files to a certain bitrate, size and sound setting it dosent always make the most compatible files for GP cinema but it's good if you dont feel up to going the Vdub route.

Please help!
I just bought another 128mb SM Card and I'd really like to to upload a movie to it.

Thanks.

Please don't use Movielink. Just use Virtual Dub, it's a lot better. Movielink produces very cheap quality movies. That's why nobody uses it.

I fixed the problem, I hade the wrong codec installed. It seams like if don't have the right codec installed you can access the compression menus.

afaik you can only use divx 4.12 or Xvid (koepi's build) for gpcinema/virtualdub - google for them if you want a download
