Hey guys, Just signed up to the forums, and the first post has to be a huge thank you to the posters here. I received my GP32 from gbax (Nice one Craig - Delivered on Saturday as promised) and from starting with not having a clue, I'm now in a postition of having a GP32 with Frodo, MoviePark, Scummvm, GPengine, wind-ups and all manner of roms. Just started playing the Dizzy games on frodo, and its taken me back big time.

Thanks to spending a good few hours trawling the forums, I was able to set up the GP32 and get it running games.

So might as well say it - Cheers and thank you (one more time :D)

So here is the obligatory question.

Whats the best couple of games to get from joygp. I want to support the GP32 totally, and dont mind paying money for the games that people have put a lot of work into. What games to you guys recommend?

It's great to see people who get so much out of these forums :)

AS for games - Pinball dreams and Little Wizard for a start (under a fiver each!)

Welcome to the show :D

Greetings, I hope you have as much fun as I've had so far... just dont fuel the trolls ;)

I have to agree with Axeman, Little Weezard and Pinball Dreams, they're the two I bought so far from JoyGP.

I also have Dungeon and Guarder Original SMC, which is a good copy of Golden Axe, if you like that sort of game and I also have Astonisha Story R on Original SMC, which looks to be a really good RPG but I can not get into it due to it being in Korean, once the patch comes out (being optimistic ;) ) it will be a must have game.

Cheers

MrT

Well, I'll definately check out Pinball Dreams, I just had a wee go on the demo, and its great fun.

Little Wizard - I'll check out joygp and see what the score is.

I just starrted playing the last dizzy game that was released on the C64 (1994 i think) and I cant believe the graphics that they managed to get on the 64. Man its sweet. I originally bought the GP32 with retro gaming in mind, and if I can get a hold of kickstart, tbh the gp32 will have paid for itself :D

And the good news is that I've just sold my GBA on another forum (the reason why - its hard enough finding the time with one handheld, let alone two). The gba sale means that I'm back at status quo moneywise with the GP32, so its a plus for me.

What are the thoughts on the FLU mod kit. I've got a non FLU GP32, and would love to mod it with a light. Mind you, in the meantime I'm going to mod the gp32 itself. I do a lot of PC/Xbox/PS2 case modding, and I've got a few ideas with the gp.
