:D well a notebook hd is pritty small if you ask me. i have 3 of them little buggers running round my house somewhere. and as for the gfx sound cards it would be really nice if nvidia made a card just for the gp like maby a all around chip that does both gfx and sound.
if you asked me i think it would be more easyer and less harsh on your outer case to just put support for mmc/sd cards. they hold a max of 512mb now and a few test 1gb cards are floating around on ebay. only real problem with that is getting someone to fix up the bios for it and this would...
dont expect the gp32 to be able to play gba games anytime soon if not never. the gp isnt quite capable of that yet with its current hardware. but im pritty sure snes emulation is possible and genesis also. Most of the gba games are ports of early snes and genesis games anyways
LMAO NICE ONE think ill try that but even better then the vinager you should try some rum or brandy. or better yet maby a mix of vinager rum brandy and iodine :D
you can buy a small piece of aluminum and use a dremmil to cut pieces out of it to make your own heatsink. thats what i did but i dont think there is much of a problem with over heating. its more the quality of ram in your system
hey washo is that text file official or is the info in it the same as official? because i dont want to mess with it if there are things missing or something.
currently im learning asm so for my first project ill work on trying to port zsnes or maby quake. but if you guys dont hear from me bout this in about a month or so its cause i have given up lol
hey crazeeplaya i couldnt download the gp quake source on your site i was thinking on maby experimenting a bit with it. can you send it to me if you can thnx. :D
Actually i never thought that was all that bad of an idea. After all when one of us decides to edit the bios to accomidate the support for more ram why not add in a way to use a microdrive through the expansion port instead of the usb since the usb port isnt powered.
And another great thing to...
wow that yeti3d engine looks great! considering it was programmed for the gba dont you think maby a port to the gp32 would look even better. especially since it has more power then the puny gba.
Maby we can get the author of that engine to help out thunderZ and make a awesome engine. quite...
yea maby we all should send an email asking nicely to gamepark if they would be willing to give out this great systems bios source. heh maby then we might have a neo geo emu wooo hoooo. (i luvvvv puzzle bobble and mslug!) :D.
by the way havent gotten a chance to solder the new wire yet havent...
