Call me a noob, but can the left and right buttons be changed to L and R shoulder triggers for us MKI gp2x users? I grew up playing this game, and even playing with the crappy stick is a tremendous amount of fun.
I am also get fed up with my first gen stick, but I've put enough time into mine that I wouldn't want to sell it to try to get a MKII. Anyway, can you tell us how much these run for first gens with the stick button? We can't see the price when it's out of stock at the store.
Would it be possible to manually rotate the stick 45 degrees to achieve this, or is that out of the question? I would love to have better left / right / up / down control on my MK1.
I just put dosbox on my gp2x (1.4 w/ quickboot flash) and Tyrian aswell as your config, but when I run the .gpe, it just launches me right back to the main menu. Any idea what might be happening?
Wow, now this is some awesome stuff. What I would love to see is SOME form of wireless internet connection, then the ability to use some micro keyboard for easy browsing (not just link based)
Holy crap.... I think I'm going to go crazy...
The Keen series is what my very first video gaming experiences revolved around (watching my bro play)...
This is awesome. Thank you so much!
Oh man...
Doom 2 runs flawlessly... so well I'm afraid it could lower my grades. :P
Who exactly made this again, and what is their paypal addy? I think I might be down for some donating...
I'm having the exact same problem. I put my doom2.wad into the prboom folder, but every time I run the .gpe file it takes me right back to the menu, even after formatting the card again.
I'm really enjoying DrMDx.. but I would even more if I could get a hold of a good sonic rom...
I'm also running Squide SNES quite a bit for Super Mario All-Stars, but I'll really be burning through batteries once a SNES emu that can play mario kart comes out.
I just have 4 Rayovac I-C3 batteries and a 4-cell I-C3 15 minute charger with fan. It works great, as I can easily charge my one set while I'm using the other, and the runtime's are still fine.
Wow man, this is absolutely awesome. A friend of mine who is an absolute Nintendo nut doesn't like me now because I'm playing Nintendo games on a non nintendo system. I say screw him 'cause I don't see him playing SNES games when he's boored in school. :P
Now I'm just waiting for Super Mario...
