Hi all,
First off, fantastic to finally see an Amiga emulator on a handheld! Marvellous.
I was just wondering which kickstart rom gives the highest compatibility. I've been using 1.3, and about 60% of the games I've tried crash on the bootup.
Cheers,
Paul
Hi Critical,
It does, but I found out what's causing the error anyway. Looks like the SD needs to have about 30mb more space than you need to copy the files over. Don't know why, but it works now..
Cheers!

Hi all,
I've been trying to put ripped PSX files onto my SD, but most of them so far have given me a "CANNOT COPY <filename> - INVALID MS DOS FUNCTION" error about three quarters into copying it over.
Is there something I need to set before copying these files? Has anyone else had this...
Hi Yaustar,
I got that from the readme file - I did everything right (as far as I can tell) but so far I've only tried that one game. It's possible that the black screen is a compatibility issue.
I'll try some more,
Paul
Hi all,
I downloaded the GBA emulator - I know its slow from whats been said about it, but does anyone have any idea about compatibility? I tried running Grand Theft Auto Advance on it and all I got was a black screen. Has anyone else tried this title, and does anyone know what games work OK on...
Hi all,
I'm having trouble getting Rolling Thunder to work - it gets as far as the title screen, then crashes when a credit is inserted. It's my all time arcade fave as well!
Anyone else got it working?
Paul
I've been managing to convert quite a lot of MAME games to their 0.34 romsets without using Clrmame, which for me has just proved an unqualified disaster with no results at all (maybe its just me...).
There's a .txt document you can download called romv34.txt which holds the separate file...
Hi all,

Hi all!
No Moz I didn't write this game - if I had have done, it wouldn't have looked half as good.
Gleng - I think I remember that! Talk about having a guilty conscience eh?
Turrican clone????
Saracen was written for the 8 bit systems in 1987 by Ilan Ginberg for Datasoft (a subsidiary of US Gold). It was an unusual but fairly familiar sort of outing, combining aspects of Gauntlet, Boulderdash and general 'maze mania' type games. It was also one of few games that had its storyline...
Hi there,
Thanks for the kind comments! I reckon I might well do a Dizzy review - maybe review the whole lot or something - my brother would like that - he's a HUGE Dizzy fan!
I take it you already know about www.yolkfolk.com
