Yes, I use rechargeables so maybe that's the problem? Although I've never had trouble in the past. Will give that a go anyway. Thanks for the advice.

I've had my GP2X just over a year now without problems. However, since I've not used it for a while imagine my horror when I took it out of the drawer and fired it up only to get a scrambled 'Starting Up' screen! After turning it on and off a few times I eventually managed to get it to boot...
I know what you mean about the HAM mode as a couple of games don't display their title screens properly, but as they still play brilliantly I don't mind. Save state is a must though as there's nothing more frustrating than getting to level 4 on Turrican 2 and having to get off the train to go...
Here's a complete list of all the Amiga games I have tried successfully on my GP2X, all running 100% with full sound and no obvious glitches. I used UAE4ALL 7.2a with all options left as default.
All we need now is a 'SAVE STATE' feature and this would be one of the best emulators for the GP2X...

Does anyone know if DOSBox will run Alien Breed? I have the DOS version and am waiting to get a GP2X but to avoid disappointment I thought I'd try and find out if it worked now!

Shame about the GBA version taking so long - just played the demo and i love it! It's almost exactly like the Amiga version, and the music is a good attempt too. Maybe I'll email Pekaro now and get them to pull their fingers out and get it released!
