Gp32, To Buy, Or Not To Buy?

I am about 99.99% sure that they are NOT allowed to charge your credit/debit card/checking account until they ship you the unit. I don't know of any company that pre-charges for backordered items. YOu should just be able to cancel your order.

Gp32, To Buy, Or Not To Buy?

A month or so ago, I would have told you to get the gp32, but the development for the gp2x has been very fast. Chances are, withing 3-6 months, all of the emulators are going to be running as good or better than the gp32. Chris

What Is With The Gp2x? Is It Junk?

I am a proud owner of a gp32 and I love it and would never even think of trading in for a psp or gameboy ds or advance or whatever. But, other then some problems the first day I had it, registering it and getting my copy of freelauncher, it just worked, just like a gameboy or psp (Oh, and I ot...

What Is With The Gp2x? Is It Junk?

I was considering picking up one of these, but it seems to be so plauged with problems that it's not even worth it. Bricked units, tv- out will only work with media files, you can't put a blank card in it or it destroys itself. I know it's a first edition, but it really seems to have alot of...

    My Gp32's Died! Crash/register Dump At Switch-on

Just to be on the safe side, I would recharge your batteries and try that. Your ac adapter may not be putting out enough power to run it right, although I do assume it worked fine in the past. Also, is it hot? Try giving it an hour to cool off.

How About A Gp32 Emulator For The Gp2x

Well, it would allow you to play all of the existing software for the gp32. Alot of homebrewn projects have not been updated in years and are pretty good games. It also seems simple enough given they both use the same cpu. One of the gp2x cpu's could run the emulator the other run the gp32...

    GP2X Possible N64 Emulator Port

If I am not mistaken, the N64 has a 90mhz Silicone Graphics cpu. It's got dedicated 3d hardware for graphics, etc. It's really unlikely. The PSX has only a 33mhz processor, so it's more likely.

    Just Got My Gp32

Don't expect miricles from the batteries on their first charge. They usually have to be charged/discharged 2 or 3 times before they reach their potential.
