Quarantine is a must for me and should run without any issues. (It only required a 386DX and 4MB of RAM.) I need to dig out my original disc and give it a try before my Panda arrives...
I would actually pay for a working Interstate '76 port, but I know that one is especially unlikely. (And...
I have a binder that has every gaming CD-ROM I've ever purchased going back to the early 1990's. I also have a box full of Apple II and Commodore 64 software from buying lots of vintage computer equipment at action and flea markets.
I just want to play the stuff I legally own.
Totally valid bounty:
1. Flash (to the point where it can play Total Distortion)
Personal wants that probably don't warrant one (but would like anyway):
1. Port of Rise of the Triad
2. Solid versions of the PSX and N64 emus
3. Evolving MAME port (that keeps pace with the official release)...
I love people who are willing to wait 18 months through complete project limbo only to cancel when the units are actually in production and being shipped.
There are ARM-based builds of Flash player around, so I hope it does come to the Panda. Older Flash games like Total Distortion would be awesome on the go.
I fully support Good Old Games, if only because they revived Interstate 76. (One of my all time favorite games. I wish it was open source so I could offer a bounty to have it ported to the Panda.)
There is also a great deal of awesome homebrew development happening for old consoles...
