I also want to know if a portable harddisk has been successfully connected to a gp2x.
Physically the connection is not a problem. One only needs a usb cable. But behind-the-scene things, such as usb driver, and usb dc power, are the main obstacles I can think of.
Can anyone shed some light...
Just got a 4GB SD card off ebay. It is an AGL brand.
The gp2x does not see it. But my Winxp PC and Canon digicam have no problem using it.
Anyone using the AGL brand 4GB SD?
Do you mean writing a script to repeatedly run the photoviewer to display one picture at a time, or writing a completely new program to replace the photoviewer?
On PC and PDA, one common feature of any photo viewer is to show all photos in a specific directory one by one automatically after a certain elapse time (i.e. slideshow).
Can the stock photo viewer on the gp2x do slideshow?
Is there any alternative app that can do so?
Here is my layman's commentary of what the script does.
Please verify and answer my queries. Thanks!
#!/bin/sh * start a shell*
/mnt/sd/cpu_speed 1 0 260 1.0 *Change the cpu speed to 260 or whatever*
cd /mnt/sd/<Name of folder where you've transferred 'squidgesnes.gpe'>/ * set the default...
Thanks to all for your inputs.
I have picked this new NDS case from eBay for $1.20, but shipping was $7.00 extra.
$8.20 is still cheaper than the officical one @$12.90 exclusive of shipping.
I am still waiting for the arrival of my gp2x mkII.
Just wonder if there is any good carry case besides the official one by GPH.
Anyone care to share?
Thanks!
