Green7 stood and surveyed the horizon.

[doublepost=1497640446,1497639944][/doublepost]It felt good.

uh... small resumed explanation please? What is Green7? Did something land on Mars again?

is 60 cm of rain good? Taiwan had that. Somalia does not. Worst drought in 70 years keeps on... (so not green at all at the moment)

... is Green7 a new fidget spinner? I know nothing about those...

could Green7 be a new graduate? Or a colonizer? Vacationist? Land-owner? Or a lost child back to the horizons of the Pandora Forum, and then finding that the Pyra pushed it aside a bit....

And how come Green7 feels good? Endorphines? Other stimulants? New achievement? Solved the way to skip the 2months timeloop?

other worthy covers of feeling good: Lauryn Hill and Angelina Jordan

Is this about the magnificent dwarves again?
I was trying to ask @Green7 that. But no answer yet. I do have some theories:

1. A new Dawn is a demo for the new Kepler Nvidia... however, that was released in 2012 (it would be awesome if it ran on the Pandora, otherwise... old tech)
2. In 2014, Horizon was a game... (a bit boring, but you can be into that)
3. in 2016, there is this movie Deepwater Horizon (and it is an oily mess)
4. It is a line in a novel, such as Kings of Infinite Space by James Hynes (although that one is cubed)
5. It is the title of a starwars novel... and reading it felt good?

But whatever he did (no mention of where the hands were)... it felt good

This post would suggest he's been rocking that moniker since 2013 at least.
How does it do that? Changing your display name also changes how it appears on all your old posts, and I don't see his username quoted by anyone else in that thread either. I'm pretty sure that he used to have Jim (or a variant thereof) as a display name. (That or there's more than one user with that Avatar, which is also a possibility)

I strongly suspect it changes where you quote someone, and the quotation furniture contains their username. Also, if you at-refer to someone then I think it also encodes the user id in there which it could use to rewrite it using their new name on demand. But plain text I doubt it can keep track of, which is why I think that post proves he hasn't changed his name recently.

I just tested it, if I at-refer to you it comes out as
Code:
[USER=20622]@Neelix[/USER]

Although I wonder if I can use that and refer to someone else:
@Green7

Heh, that could be rather confusing. It also suggests it doesn't rewrite the text when it's rendered, although it's still possible that when you change you name, it could search for all USER= bits with your number and rewirte them then.

Interesting. Either way though, I don't see anywhere in the linked thread where his username is contained in the text of a message. I only see it in the side bar and the message footer, both of which would certainly be dynamically adjusted.

EDIT: oh... There it is... how did I keep missing that?

Maybe someone/something was born/made and has been named Dawn. Or maybe their is a new variety of stuff to wash your dishes with.

Chapter 2 - The Loneliness of the Long Distance Runner

They tell you a marathon is 26 miles.

It's not.

The last half mile is the marathon.

rygD wondered if anyone could add a chapter.

He asked "Can anyone add a chapter?"

He then went to the kitchen to grab a snack while waiting for a reply.

Chapter Treble - The European Dream

Green7 stood at the crossroads with a battered Pandora and a smile.

This would be It. The last waltz. The end.
