I think Windows XP Professional SP2 is a excellent OS.
Newegg is selling the Adata 16 gb for 59.00, Transcend 16 gb for 80 and Patriot Memory 16 gb for 134 dollars. I think Patriot memory is going to release a 32 GB SDHC some time later this year.
My 16 Gb sdhc card from Newegg came in today and it does work. I ran a few videos off it and they ran fine, no stuttering. Windows reports the card having 15.3 Gb instead of the usual 15.1 Gb. I only paid 139 for it.
I have three 8 gb sdhc cards and they all work with notaz sdhc support. The cards are OCZ 8 GB class 4, A-data 8 gig class 2 and Transcend 8 GB class 2 cards.
I like the gp2x because it can play video, music, viewing photos and old school games. Now that I have bought the cradle the viewing angle is excellent for watching anime.
I flashed my gp2x with SDHC support and my 8 gig A-data card works. If you need to get a SDHC card reader here is one that I bought http://cgi.ebay.com/USB-2-0-SD-SDHC-CARD-M...6QQcmdZViewItem
