    Xvid Sync Problem

    This is often (but not always) associated with variable bitrate audio encoding. Try demuxing the video and audio streams, then remuxing using a constant bitrate for the audio stream. VirtualDub is usefull at performing this task; and is available from http://www.virtualdub.org/ - Ashley :)
