i think i've figured out why i have been having so much trouble, i think shift+f1-10 is an imposable button combo on the pandora. to press f1-10 you must hold "fn" but when you hold "fn" shift changes to capslock making it imposable to do a shift+f1 combo. could just change the combo to...

well the iphone is prettier but android can do more, by do more i mean its easier to gain root and do whatever you want to the phone. the two phones i would recommend checking out are the HTC Legend and the Nexus One
